INTRODUCTION

 

Welcome to my site. I keep it so that folks who rent from me can easily check for availability. I will only rent to friends and family for for those folks they directly refer.  Sorry, but I don't make any exceptions.For those that are staying at my condo for the first time, please take a few minutes to read through the information below.  Please send me an email with any questions. 

 

LOCATION

 

East of the Sun is located in Fenwick Island, Delaware between Route 54 and 146th Street; 4 blocks from the ocean and 1 block from the bay. My unit is located directly across from the pool and tenis court. 

 

CONDO FEATURES 

 

The condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master bedroom and one spare bedroom have queen size beds. The second spare bedroom has two full size beds.  There is also a loft over the living room with a futon.  The condo has a stack washer and dryer, all cookware and utensils, and cable TV and wifi internet.

 

PROPERTY FEATURES

 

East of the Sun has a community pool which is normally open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  There is also an outdoor tennis court. The beach, bay, Harpoon Hannas, Fisher Popcorn, Candy Kitchen, mini golf, a movie theatre, and several other resaurants and shops are located within a short walk.

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

Please bring all bedding to include sheets, pillow cases, blankets and pillows. Also be sure to bring toilet paper and paper towels, all bath and hand towels, shower, hand soap and shampoo and laundry detergents and fabric softner if you plan to use the washer and dryer. There is a Harris Teeter, Food Lion and several drug stores just a couple of miles up Route 54 should you forget something! 

 

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

 

In the summer season the condo is serviced by a cleaning company every Saturday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please plan to arrive/depart after/before these times.  Please clean all dishes, empty the refrigerator and trash before departing. Return the key as previously coordinated. 

 

CONDO RULES

 

Please do not smoke in the condo. The condo association prohibits animals at the location by anyone other than the owner.  There are no exemptions.  There is one marked space for "528" in front of the condo.  You can park any additional vehicle in a space that are not marked with a unit number along the 146th St fence. It is prohibited to use a BBQ grill on the deck.
