Directions from the North (Lancaster County, Route 896):

  • Take Route 896 into Newark, Delaware
  • Continue to follow 896 South through Newark until you
    see signs for Routes 13 and 1 South (Delaware
    Beaches)
  • Enter onto Route 1 South (Toll Road) and continue
    through, Dover, Milford, Rehoboth, Dewey and
    Bethany Beach into Fenwick Island
  • After entering Fenwick Island Route 1 becomes Coastal
    Highway. Look for Route 20/54 on the right, "Golf
    Down Under" will also be at this intersection, just after
    this intersection make a right on 146th Street
  • Follow 146th Street past the Fenwick Island Lighthouse
    just past "Fenwick Trustworthy Hardware" make a
    right into the parking lot of the condo complex
  • Make an immediate left after entering the complex and
    follow until you see the tennis courts on your right,
    make a right just past the tennis courts and follow to
    end, 528 is the last unit on the left.

Directions from the North (Lancaster County, Route 40):

  • Using Route 40 from Gap into Delaware, follow until
    Route 7   
  • Enter onto Route 7 South and follow to Route 1 South
    (Toll Road)
  • Follow directions above from Route 1 South

Directions from the South (Washington D.C.):

  • Follow Route 50 across the Bay Bridge through
    Salisbury, MD
  • After Salisbury there will be a split for continuing on
    Route 50 East (Ocean City Points South) or entering
    onto Route 90 (Ocean City and Points North). Exit right
    onto Route 90
  • Follow Route 90 (Turns into 62 Street) into Ocean City
    until you reach the traffic light at Coastal Highway.  
    Turn left onto Coastal Highway
  • Follow Coastal Highway North through Ocean City until
    you reach the traffic light intersection with Route 54.  
    Make a left onto Route 54
  • Follow Route 54 to first traffic light.  Turn left at traffic
    light and immediately turn left into East of the Sun
  • After entering, follow driveway to the right side of the
    complex, just before reaching the tennis courts on the
    left, turn left.  528 is the last unit on the left
